With over a decade of experience in technology recruitment, I’ve had the privilege of supporting businesses in their transformation journeys across India, UK, Europe, Malaysia, Singapore, and Australia. Starting as a core technology recruiter, I’ve gained expertise in every aspect of IT—spanning infrastructure, requirements gathering, development, testing, and project implementation.
In the past four years, I’ve focused on technology business transformation, specialising in senior leadership roles in project and change management. My passion lies in understanding the unique needs of each organisation and connecting them with leaders who can drive meaningful, lasting change.

Roles I Recruit For
I specialise in technology business transformation, focusing on senior leadership roles in project and change management. I recruit for positions such as Project Managers, Project Directors, Service Delivery Managers, Change Managers, PMO, Business Analysts, Head of IT, IT Directors, IT Business Partners, and IT Managers.
Outside of Ambition
Beyond work, I make it a priority to stay active, working out 3-4 times a week and going for runs on weekends. I also have a deep interest in geopolitics and love discussing global affairs—always ready for a conversation on the latest developments.

My Background
Having taken up a career in recruitment right after graduation, I was initially attracted to the opportunity to learn valuable relationship-building skills through my dealings with all sorts of people – from fellow colleagues and bosses to clients and candidates. Being rewarded for hard work put in makes it even better!
Roles I recruit For
I specialise in recruiting for IT Infrastructure, Application Support, DevOps/SRE, and Cloud Engineering roles across all industries. These positions range from mid to senior level.
IT continues to be an ever-changing environment and I enjoy dealing with a broad range of roles that didn’t exist in the past. It’s challenging but exciting.
Outside of Ambition
I hit the pool, run track, the outdoors, and going to the gymnasium for training. This allows me to maintain my fitness level since I am quite a competitive athlete and is a great way to de-stress and relax my mind after a long day of work!
